Objectives
1. Creation of a transnational network dealing with problems related to gender equity in a workplace and to reintegration into the employment market of persons who have had a temporary break in their working life
2. Identification and sharing innovative systemic approaches against horizontal and vertical gender segregation in the labour market
3. Experience and best practice exchange in carrying out the national projects.
4. Increasing the level of general knowledge on flexible work among employers and employees (with a specific focus on the SME sector).
5. Supporting the reconciliation of family and professional responsibilities.
6. Creation of innovative instruments that would help the target group to return to the labour market and facilitate their career development
7. Carrying out synergic market research related to flexibility in/of a workplace in the partner countries
8. Broad dissemination of project's results, gathered knowledge and best practices, and recommendations for the target group and decision makers
9. Ensuring sustainability of the project's impact and results
Tasks
1. Monitoring - During the project implementation phase, the running monitoring of transnational activities should be conduct to keep the agreed direction of the cooperation and to allow Partners to react on unexpected events or/and adapt the cooperation agreement.
2. Website
Common Website should both:
· give Partners the opportunity to exchange information (thanks to the rights management - authorization) and
· will be easy-way to publish information about cooperation and it's achievements,
· support the TC with visibility
3. Realization of common international database - Common international database is a supporting tool for Common Website and e-newsletter, it must provide a
· simple way to document exchange and
· stakeholders (other partners, policy makers, institutions and individuals interested in the project) contact management;
4. e-newsletter
e-newsletter is going to act as a reminder about the project for policy makers and uptade information tool for
trainers/individuals; TC visibility
5. Market research and analysis of needs - Transnational cooperation of market research should give the opportunity to conduct comparable information about the situation in all the countries involved. The analyses - the product of the research - should give the possibility to prepare common guide on market situation and needs in the field of woman's vocational (or business) activation and flexible work.
